However, if for some reason we have fallen short of meeting your expectation please return your unused product with receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your money back for the unused portion. Once the product is returned with receipt, we will offer you a refund for your purchase based on the unused portion returned. In other words, if you used half of the product we will refund half the retail price.
